Replacement

Your new tile is then attached.  We take extreme care in making sure that the tile are aligned correctly so as to create a perfect visual effect.

New Framing & Underlayment

After the new layment has been installed we need to add a new frame to the roof.   The tile will be attached to this new framing.

Removal

Our experienced professionals have the knowhow to perform tile, framing and underlayment removal so as to avoid damage.  If you chose to replace your tile with new tile, we will also dispose of the old tile.

Selection

Grand Building and Remodeling can replace your present tile or offer a large selection of new tile for your viewing.  We also have a large inventory of individual tiles that can be used for individual tile replacement.
